Searching with Discover

Describe the venue you want in one sentence, in your own words. Aisley searches with everything she knows, your region, guest count, budget, and the style from your moodboards, and shows the filters she derived so you can see her reasoning. Results are photo cards with the venue's own images, location, capacity and price signals, and a plain line on why each one fits.

Your recent searches stay as chips above the results, so reopening one shows its stored results without searching again. Saving the same venue twice never duplicates it.

The shortlist

Save to shortlist files a venue into a table with its photograph, website, price, an availability signal for your date, size, and a status. Once a venue has quoted a real price by email, that quote replaces the search estimate in the table.

• In conversation: they have replied
• Viewing booked, Booked, or Ruled out: you decide these

The venue sheet

Every row opens a sheet with the photographs, editable details, pros and cons, comments, and a timeline of everything that has happened, newest first. Reach out opens the compose dialog described in the vendor inbox doc; once outreach has been sent, the sheet links straight to the conversation.

When a venue has no published email address, the sheet says so plainly, points at their contact page, and lets you add an address by hand.
