# Privacy policy

## Who we are

Aisley is an AI wedding planner for couples in the UK. We run the website at [getaisley.com](https://getaisley.com/). When this policy says we, it means Aisley. You can reach us any time at [hello@getaisley.com](mailto:hello@getaisley.com).

## What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and your answer to the question about what you would most like help with. Nothing else.

If we invite you into the product, we also hold your account data: your email address, a password if you choose to set one, and what you share with Aisley while planning, such as your projects, messages, and any images you upload.

If you email an address on our domain, we keep that email so we can read it and reply.

If you connect a Gmail to a wedding, we ask Google for one permission: to send email from that address, which is how Aisley writes to venues and vendors. We never read that inbox through Google. Replies reach Aisley only if you set Gmail to forward incoming mail to the wedding's own address on getaisley.com. We keep forwarded mail that belongs to a venue or vendor conversation, attachments included, and discard everything else when it arrives. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

## Why we collect it

We use your waitlist details to write to you about Aisley, most importantly when it launches. We use account data to provide the planning product itself. That is the whole list. We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone for advertising.

## Where your data lives

Your data is stored with trusted providers that host it in the EU: Convex holds our database in the eu-west-1 region, Resend sends and receives our email, and Vercel hosts the website.

## Deleting your data

If you would like your data deleted, write to [hello@getaisley.com](mailto:hello@getaisley.com) and we will remove your waitlist entry or your account and everything attached to it.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at [hello@getaisley.com](mailto:hello@getaisley.com).
