# Getting started with Aisley

> From waitlist to your first conversation: invites, setting a password, logging in, and where everything lives.

Canonical: https://getaisley.com/docs/getting-started

Aisley is in invite-only beta. This page covers how you get in, how signing in works, and where everything lives once you are through the door.

## Invites and the waitlist

Beta places come from the [waitlist](https://getaisley.com/). Join it with your email, and when your place is ready we send you an invite link. Invite links are reusable and expire after 14 days; if yours has expired, write to [hello@getaisley.com](mailto:hello@getaisley.com) and we will send a fresh one.

An invite link signs you straight in. If you have not set a password yet, we will ask you to choose one before you land, and you can skip that and keep using invite links if you prefer.

## Logging in and passwords

Once you have a password, the quiet Log in pill in the top right of [getaisley.com](https://getaisley.com/) signs you in with your email and password. There is no public sign-up: only invited emails can log in.

Forgotten your password? A fresh invite link doubles as the reset path: it signs you in and offers to set a new one. Ask us for one at [hello@getaisley.com](mailto:hello@getaisley.com).

## Your first conversation

The first thing Aisley does is interview you: your names, the date or a rough timeframe, where you are marrying, roughly how many guests, the budget you have in mind, and the feel you are after. Answer in plain sentences; she creates the wedding from the conversation and carries everything you said into the plan.

Both partners can be invited to the same wedding. From the project's settings, either of you can invite the other with a shareable link, and you both see the same live plan and the same conversations.

## Where everything lives

- The wedding page: a countdown, the facts Aisley plans around, and what needs you today
- Venues: the search and your shortlist
- Inbox: every vendor conversation in one place
- Moodboards: your images, imports, and ideas
- Settings: the facts of the day, your partner's invite, and the Gmail connection

Aisley herself is everywhere: a composer floats on every page, and anything you tell her lands in the same plan.
